Maureen FitzSimons, better known as Maureen O'Hara in America, was a child prodigy. This was a natural trait to a person born in Ireland. by talented parents and a loving, supportive family. Maureen entered into this nurturing house on August 17th, 20th in Ranelagh. Marguerita FitzSimons was a gifted contralto. Charles FitzSimons owned the Shamrock Rovers soccer team in Ireland and ran the Shamrock Rovers soccer club and a Dublin business. Maureen FitzSimons was the second FitzSimons children. Peggy FitzSimons Florrie Charles B. Fitzsimons Margot Fitzsimons James O'Hara made up this family. Maureen was an athletic natural and enjoyed playing tough sporting games. Additionally, she had a gift for acting. In the end, she received almost all of the Feis Awards for dramatic and acting in her home country. She was accepted at the Abbey Theater by age 14 She then pursued her dreams of operatic as well as classical theater and singing.
